Is there a policy we could purchase which would protect our company from liability through the beginning stages of rehab in lieu of property liability insurance?

I am at the stage in which I was hoping to start using the equity in my properties to buy more property and flip it.

I'm pretty new at this myself—still in the learning stages—but I find myself on BP every day.

I am still in the stage where I do not have a "go-to" contractor. 

What about repairs, staging, or decluttering?

That being said we are in the formation stages of our company and plan to acquire our first deal by the end of the year.
