The premise is that debt because of fracking will cause a global economic collapse?

I'd would 2nd the option for some type of "advanced" support for paid folks (would be nice to offer everybody but I it may not make economic sense).  

James, in my opinion the more important question to ask is if the small unit makes sense economically.

And I think the OP has a reasonable point in that chunks of the Southeast (save the "New South") suffer from low housing prices not to mention murky economic prospects.

I don't won't to spend time in an area finding that great buy that won't move because of economic or other factors.
