There is always a high demand and I attribute that mainly to socio-economic reasons that have to deal with income earned by many people in these towns.From an investor point of view we are having good luck finding high ROI properties because most people are not looking to invest outside a metropolitan area like KC or Columbia.Hope this helps and let me know if I can answer any specific questions for you.
