The tenant didn't any a pet deposit (just a security deposit which she would have already lost due to the current condition) so I would have just essentially "lost money" during the remainder of her lease period due to the increased inevitable damage of the big ol' dogs.  

There's a lot of good pitbulls :) But, the question is do you accept pets?

I am texting, emailing, calling my PM to make sure he has signs up, flyers in neighboring retail establishments, $100 referral for tenants that refer new tenants, bonuses for my PM to lease out vacancies within one month, PM splits all late fees, bonuses for raising rents at lease end, $25.00 pet rent per month per pet etc...  

Check their FB, check out their car, call all the references, ask about pets, etc. 3.

They are providing money to domestic or international business to produce value for employees, customers, their local economy, and share holders.Even people who buy treasury bonds are adding value.

He chose the apartment partially based on their no pets policy. 2) They smoke pot on the porch (now legal in NV). 3) They participate in various other activities like drinking and vaping. 

The latest one, there has been domestic abuse and drugs in the apt, so there are needles, damaged wall, broken window, etc. 

Think through pet policy and how short term you are willing to do.  

Beyond that, built into the contracts are fees for pets.
