Beginning of meeting they have investors promote there deals; wholesaling, partners, funding, etc. 

I view each new flip as an opportunity to credit-card-hack:Open a new promotional card prior to closing and put all of your expenses on that card.Once you have completed the promotion, cancel the card after 6 months to avoid the annual charge (first year is usually free).After 2 cards, I now have enough flyer miles for a free round-trip anywhere in the world, it is a nice added bonus and doesn't cost anything.

Don't think it would make sense for a single investor, let alone splitting profits with a promote, etc.

So, promoting this case as a story about "how he does it," as in 'just follow his example' which is implicit in per your post, is something I would not condone.

I've been looking at net migration/job growth/unemployment/job diversity/vacancy rates, etc.  

I wonder if BP has a section where they would want self-promotion of professionals listed by region and/or vocation.Have you joined your local REIA and asked there?

Risk was low in this scenario with my promotional interest rate at 1.5% (not as easy to come across now), but just consider the cost of money if you do it that way. 

That's why I prefer B & C in growing markets with diverse economies.
