Avoid just using cement as it will de-laminate.

If you're looking for more cash flow I suggest you look in Delaware county, just be aware of some of the higher crime areas.

Hi Aman,I do not invest in Darby, but I do have a two properties in nearby towns in Delaware County.Darby is a low income area and you will be dealing with low income tenants. 

I use CSC for Delaware, not sure if they operate in VA but you might google them and check their website.
