My goal was to build enough capital to have enough down for my own rental properties but havent been able to get a single deal since (tough market) that is until i partnered up with another team who are getting dozens of preforeclosures at a deep discount and either shortsale or wholesale them. my question is, how can i find investors interested in those properties on this app?

In a STR, where you are cleaning every week, a vinyl shower is much easier to clean, but if that's not an issue then I would go with tile....in answer to your question, I think YES you will get higher rents with tile showers.

I haven't had the energy to dig deep into this matter because I am burned out, but my math has always been fairly accurate and these results are the reason I spend no less than 4 to 5 hours every day creating these charts and comparing the numbers for hundreds of properties.
