Excited to become a part of this community!

I was looking at East Rutherford, etc...I am currently finishing my last semester at Bergen Community College (Yes, since I moved, I drive about 80+ miles there & back from Mine Hill, NJ 4 days out of the week & more to visit Fort Lee). 12/21/2018 is the last day at Bergen & from there I will be working full-time & become a real estate agent around Fort Lee area.

. - Caterers will want/need dedicated kitchen space to heat/prep food.

My current apartment is AWESOME, but freeing up that extra cash might be a more logical/prudent first step.Looking for some thoughts/guidance from the community.

The community has changed a lot, but is still an amazing place to be and has definite opportunity for investment. 

My question in this post is NOT whether or not one will happen, but rather about what those of us who began our REI journey AFTER the crash can learn from those who experienced it firsthand.So my question is directed to those in the BP community who were involved in real estate during the dark days of 2007-2009.  

Our fingers are tightly crossed, and I'm grateful to have found such a community to bounce things off of! 

Question for the Cincy community is how would you grade these communities?
