What is FHA disbursement in my mortgage loan?

Hey BP Community! My parents bought a home in san antonio tx.

and i've seen in the payment history a FHA disbursement payment that goes diectly to the ESCROW. PLUS the every month payment.

What does FHA disbursement mean? Why Are we paying it? is it bad?
