The industry prefers 'back to back' escrow these days.

When the market demand is high for anything, there are always crooks in the marketplace that try to rip their customers off.

This is where those activities take place and those are the preferred tax deferrals.

They kill mold and deal very well with cigarette and cigar smoke, fresh paint smells etc. i have had customers with allergies and reactions to the formaldahide in new carpet, etc who actually bought a machine after mine took care of the problem a hand.

I know it is listed as an exception now and the TDI site says this should be explicitly stated as a custom when the company intends to except this risk.
