Hey there, anybody know of any title companies in LA that can do double escrows and assignments?

    The industry prefers 'back to back' escrow these days. However, they are typically not necessary for assignments.

    I have used First American for several years now and am exceptionally satisfied.

    I love working with Glen Oaks Escrow in Glendale. They cover a large area. James Isham thinks outside the box, and is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
