I am not sure what your accountant is trying to get at.The way the partners get paid is via  Guaranteed  payments. 

Partners can't be employees of a partnership they have equity in, just like a sole proprietor can't be an employee of his or her proprietorship.Partners usually take a "guaranteed payment" if a regular, salary-like payment is needed.Perhaps add a tax CPA/EA to your team if your accountant is a bookkeeper/generalist and has limited understanding of tax law.

While it can be an investment if it appreciates that is not guaranteed, so you essentially have an automatic savings plan as you pay down the debt and hope the house doesn’t decrease in value.

Also, section 8 has been a great avenue for a lack of better words "Guaranteed Rent".

just off the top of my head NO experience and 100% financing don't really go together.. you have Do hard money who says they do this stuff but they charge 3k up front for their education materials with no guarantee of funding.. 

I guarantee most of your competition does.
