Does anyone have any information on buy and hold mobile homes?

When you invest in mobile homes, do you have to buy the dwelling or can you just buy the land?

Therefore, I have some money saved up right now and I have worked on my credit, now I have been looking at mobile homes because they are more affordable for me as of right now but I would like to know what are some things that I should know before I purchase one and if they are worth it. 

Also, I am looking for my first deal and have confined my search to southern MD (south of Baltimore).

Are you going to buy and hold single family's, Mobile home parks, multifamily, notes, retail space, office space etc.

Examples of asset types: residential homes,  residential development, industrial, commercial development, mobile homes, self storage, land, multifamily, notes, flipping, financial services, and etc.

I bought a big tract of land, about 10 acres, and have steady been putting mobile homes on it.

According to my experience, hotels, motels, office buildings, Mobil parks, warehouses,etc are within my consideration.

I’m analyzing a home right now that is in a mobile home park.Is there anything different about these homes that I need to investigate in terms of how property ownership works?
