I have a business marketing degree from Clark Atlanta University.

I am a 4th year student in college and I know I don't have a significant amount of capital to begin with so I am planning on starting out with wholesaling to gain some knowledge of the industry and some firsthand experience (with slightly less financial risk) and most importantly build up capital!

Some of my passions are new technology and college football.

What I lack in MBA's and other formal degrees I make up for with an insatiable desire for learning.  

I will be buying in the surrounding areas of Cleveland, Ohio where I was born, raised, attended college at Case Western and just recently started a family.

. ;) Personally, in college, I was able to work 40 hrs (thankfully I had a flexible job) and remain at the top of the semester hours where I would have had to pay more to take more classes beyond full time.  

I originally wanted to do 5% conventional (about $20,000; I am not even a year of college so this is pretty much all I have). 

Because I don' live in the US (don't even have a visa) I and am currently finishing my Masters degree, I don't have the option to just move to this house.

I just moved back here after leaving to Minnesota after college.
