C of O's, from what Ive experienced, are not very difficult to get.  

You just pay a "commission" of $500 + $130 for E&O insurance per transactions.I'm a licensed broker who mainly transacts for myself and this looks like the right solution but just wondering if anyone has worked with one of these firms and can provide their experiences both positive or negative.
