Hello BP, I am looking to see which local banks in Tampa you may have had success/great experience with for a 75%-80% LTV cash out refi for a SFH investment property?

I extremely passionate about real estate investing for the focus of my sole income to provide for my three  children.

My investment knowledge spans across fix-and-flip projects, rental properties, and more.

Beyond that there are hard money lenders who charge higher rates to take on more risk... but they again start by looking at you, your skill set, and your previous experience in both managing your credit, as well as your real estate investment history.
