They are all targeting the same class of renter which is incidentally the top of the food chain and one of the smaller demographics .

The rents are market but most of the other places are paying for their own heating and in some for their own water but the tenants are people on disability and food stamps.How did you organize the payment?

It is a bit like wholesaling, except at the very bottom of the REI food chain.

That would be like asking a stranger at a restaurant to order your food for you.  

Instead of driveway issues (your car blocked mine) it would be more petty like he stole my food, they don't split toiletry costs equally, loud music, smoke, bathroom doesn't get cleaned, or someone pees on the seat, etc.

What makes you tick, what can you do day in and day out, sacrificing sleep, entertainment and food.

Painting with cheap paint is like trying to roll on food coloring... it's messy and very hard to get right.A good roller is important.
