Hello,I am gaining interest in the note buying business and just wondering has anyone here ever heard of Charter Financial by Leland von Syring.

I read about people who purchase a property, obtained some equity, and used the HELOC on that property to buy their next.

I am a full-time physician assistant getting my real estate license for my own buy and hold business in Georgia.

I'm sure you will gain some interest from potential investors then maybe they can supply you with the down payments and you can pay them back over time and you could buy more per year.From what I know, business is a slow game and from what I hear, successful Real Estate Investing can be boring.

I think maybe setting up an LLC to buy out my brother in law might make sense?
