After 20 years in the Marine Corps I decided to retire from it and move to this beautiful area; however, the real world smacked me right in the head when I couldn't find a job to support the family.

The beautiful properties we once thought were great deals we now financially assess with strict standards to ensure they are profitable and ugly homes we would never think of looking to buy are now seen as excitable opportunities for potential revenue. 

My next big plan is to build some retirement/vacation homes in my beautiful island.

I have a beautiful fiance that shares the same passion and excitement about Real Estate as I do and we actually just had a beautiful baby girl back in November.  

Ive contacted a few real estate agents within the area and have had fairly similar comps to give me an idea of what would be a reasonable price for his home and most of the other homes within his area are going for 625k-650k with similar specifications. i discussed with him a price of 560k for his house which would be a relatively good deal for this area and a beautiful location for me to start a family somewhere in the future.
