I doubt that would be an issue because while Chase has their problems, they don't typically hold a faulty foreclosure sale and then put an REO on the open market to sell, until its resolved.The one accurate statement is that yes, in terms of title issues, it could be anything, or, it could be nothing.If Chase owns it and has since 2015, chances are that they'll sell it when they are ready to sell it.

Fortunately the smell is reduced enough that just living in the unit provides enough air movement so that it does not smell; for tenant turnover we need to open the unit up prior to the showing otherwise it has some smell.

NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program) administered through FEMA is the government option and has had a monopoly for 50 years and due to this has driven up the cost. 10 years ago the president and both houses signed into law that the market is now open to private flood insurance companies (usually backed by Lloyds).

The trade offs are that the truck has an open, large bed and higher towing capacity but much lower MPG but the Hyundai Santa Fe I am looking at gets almost 30mpg and still has a good bit of cargo space with seats down and has a 5000 lbs. towing capacity.
