I am working with my brother in Alleghany County, but much of the information we find is outdated or is based on national averages, which is useless since Pittsburgh is a city with below-average homes and many blighted homes.

In which case, if the construction contract is part of the real estate contract, then I'd assume the buyer's agent would get commission based off of the final total.
