After 3-4 failed attempts, do you typically run these through a different Skiptrace company, or follow up by sending mail?

I have found this not only through researching the area but also in my pursuit of attempting to rent out the single room that I currebtly have at the rate I would need to not have a negative or stagnate cash flow.

I’ve worked with this realtor for 20 years and he knows what I look for in a property but this is the first time I’ve attempted to get a mortgage.

I live in Naples Florida and plan on acquiring PM accounts in Naples before attempting to branch out.

I am inquiring because my wife and I are attempting to utilize the real estate professional status to allow us to deduct passive losses from my physician salary.

Construction loan is about to convert to a conventional 30 year at 4.375 and attempting to refinance into a 30 year VA at 2.25%.

We are attempting to purchase one together because of the overall cost. (4-unit, Santa Monica area, 1.75M- 2.6M) I have previous experience with a rental property, which is one of the criterions for a multi-family.

I know you're young because in an attempt to know you I looked at some of your previous post.  5 months ago you said you were moving in 2 months back to NY.  

I'd figure out one side of the business before you attempt starting both. 

Do you attempt to stabilize or bite the bullet on the purchase and then attempt to work out with other homeowners?
