If you want turnkey, then you'll have to go further out or across the mountains.

@Joe Splitrock you can insure timber against fire just like any other asset.. now beetle kill that's another matter.. that has wreaked havoc on the Western Pine.. but our northwest fir that is in the coastal mountains were we had our tree farms virtually never burns. and there is no beetles in fir and Cedar..  

I'm glad we have actual recorded podcasts so the mountain of evidence against you continues to grow.Also, just last Monday another one of your former clients, in addition to your former employee, Josh Atlas, claimed you could be running a tax lien Ponzi Scheme.  

I lived in GA all my life so the mountains and leaves changing colors is nice and I still enjoy it but the beach and ocean calls out to me. 

I don't want to carry a rifle and a 100 pounds of gear up mountains.

@Jessie Nunleyas a side note, I don't know how long you have been stationed in Mountain Home, but I grew up in that area and still visit all the time for family.

If you search for a national number on the number of housing units available vs the number of people looking for housing, there are always plenty of units available.The problem is everyone wants to live where they want to live...near their family, near their favorite job, near the beach/lake/mountains, etc....People have gotten spoiled and entitled.For example, everyone would love to live in San Diego, let's say....great weather, pretty girls, tacos, micro-breweries by the hundreds...But rents are outrageous and home prices are even worse.

But if you can actually get sisyphys's rock up to the top of this mountain and get everyone to use a new term I'd go along too.  

No mountains or ocean, but a good place to get ahead, build wealth, and raise a family.
