Rent is becoming extremely high and witha better economy, more jobs, I can see young adults starting to purchase vs rent... in result demand for starter homes will go up. ( i already see this happening in my area) I have been looking to purchase small sfr to invest short to mid term to take advantage of this...

I let them know there will be an application fee per adult applicant.At the showing,  provide a written list of this criteria with the application and have tenant sign it and return it to you.

In my two-bedroom unit, I have stated it has a max occupancy of 4, not more than 2 being adults.
