In my experience though, I have only ever had to post 1 notice of default/eviction, and it was for a tenant that lost her job and let me know ahead of missing rent what the situation was and her plans.  

So the Landlord tried to be accommodating and compliant with the laws and still lost so to speak.

As a result, I have lost thousands over the years.

Each day is more money lost. 

The amount should be equal to what it costs you to evict someone, plus lost rents. 

Does the same apply for Hardship if my spouse got laid off or lost her job due to Covid19???
