Hi Christian,Another suggestion for learning how to inspect properties would be to hire an inspector to walk the property with you.I actually just heard an interesting tip from Tarl on this BiggerPockets video at 16:21:Investment Property Inspections & Pre-Purchase Decisions w/ J Scott & Tarl YarberTarl said when he was first starting out, he would hire a home inspector to inspect the property with him and follow them around the house and ask them questions.  

Watched tons of YouTube videos, Instagram reels, podcasts, audio books and finally was able to get out of the analysis paralysis.

If anyone who had invested in real estate and has reached financial freedom from it has any time to chat, I’d love an hour talk on zoom whenever it’s available!

@Gart Robert if you look up mark j kohler on youtube he has a lot of really great educational videos on using a trust for LLCs.

Check all references,  credit checks where necessary, meet them, chat with them. 

Also, make sure you take lots of photos or videos of the home before you start doing any work.  

I have definitely been watching several videos and doing research.

Hopefully we can chat there, sounds like we have similar goals - I just put an offer on a 3 unit in San Pedro yesterday!

I like watching a lot of youtube videos on real estate, the markets, etc.
