When setting up your LLC do you need to purchase a mailbox and address from the UPS Store or can you use your personal address?

I estimate mine, freshly remodeled, to appraise around $165k to be conservative. 

Only exception to this is if the tenant has their own refrigerator which will fit the space, can be professionally delivered/installed, and is willing to eat the cost of storing the existing refrigerator.

Something that was partially completed 15 years ago wont surprise me if its cheaper to knock down and start fresh, especially if its a lower price point home.

If the kitchens and baths are new, what else would be needed besides maybe fresh paint and flooring?

Get tenant to sign (and get notarized) a statement that the seller informed them about not storing anything in the basement.

I asked an agent and she said because realtors pay exorbitant amounts of money to get leads from the websites so they want potential buyers to push the contact agent buttons.These apps below are great for copying and pasting information and storing it.
