Do you have the time to handle calls, chase payments, update leases, set up management software, etc?

I caught this from my bank and they told me the bank doesn’t set the payment schedules- their software company does.

They also lost tenant applications' on some of my long-term tenants, since they changed software.

We collect rent mostly online thorough our software.

With the acquisition of Knock last week, RealPage has internalized their CRM services for their PMS but how will this affect Knock users that have AppFolio, Yardi and other PMS softwares as their main system?

Hey guys, are there any STR softwares that are helpful for dealing with LP monies and distributions like a Juniper square or Appfolio would do in more traditional CRE?

The property management software programs out there are very good at automating and making your life easier with most of those items.

Most come with cloud-based software and options for adding additional information.

I am looking for a software to generate proformas to prospect owners for my property management company.   

Is there a PM software that will manage short term and long term rentals?
