Both inspections happened w/in a week (though I’m sure timing is highly area dependent).I have a property manager who took care of everything so all of this was very seamless to me.

In my case, there are major issues like roof replacement, siding, mold remediation, etc. and the house is vacant and in very poor shape, so there is no way any of these violations will be taken care by the seller.

If it were me I would take off the trim, (carefully as I could) take down the tiles and see what I have.
