Would you go this route if starting your real estate investment and rental properties journey?  

The short-term rental (STR) strategy is a great way for new investors to get in the game and fast track their journey to financial independence, due to the huge cash flow it generates.

In the classic hero’s journey our lead character has a calling but something is holding them back.

Also, work with one that is willing to share key contacts to help you in your investment journey (i.e lender, landlord insurance carrier, make ready contractors, property management companies, etc.) its amazing how many first time investors want to reinvent the wheel.

How long should I study before I begin my journey to buy and renting my firs mobile home, without becoming a person that looks into it so much and never take action.

Lots to learn, I know, but I really want to immerse myself and kick start this journey.
