I have also started my school to obtain my license. 

If you learn from something that bit you... then it is a learning curve or from the school of hard knocks and not failure... unless you make the same mistake again! 

The handyman doesn't get paid, the landscaper doesn't get paid, the insurance lady doesn't get paid, The local school taxes don't get paid, the county highway taxes don't get paid...

I would househack but I’m still living with my parents and in high school.

I started working in the fields at age 12, right next to illegal immigrants, so I could afford school supplies.

Now, I don't mean that everything as schools etc will open, but at least companies start to open their offices and people are allowed to go out again.

These are B class neighborhoods where the crime is low, schools are decent, and there are strong rental rates.

Maybe I personally need a certain school zone.
