Functional infrastructure can only maintain the value of a property, not increase it; non-functioning infrastructure will in fact decrease value.

Just the function of obtaining these third party services alone and reviewing them all is usually a 2 week process.

It needs to be functional, it needs to look properly, you need to know and understand how it works so you can fix it if needed. 

This is more a function of the lender and the quality of the deal than whether the property is being held by a corporation or natural person.

Any one use any software with this functionality?

I have a copy of AutoCAD's Map 3D, and really like it since it is the same interface as AutoCAD, but I have yet taken the time to really learn the GIS functions.
