I recently found out I could claim depreciation for it.

If I found a $60k per year job, I could get to a net worth of 1 million 3 years early in 2023.This is speculation on my end so who knows where things could go but I do have good cash reserves in case the road gets rocky. 

I know someone who reached out to 40 banks until he found the right one.

This week, 2 months later,  the PM sent another maintenance person out and found 2 issues:1. water leaking from the ice box water line.2. hole in bathtub floor that wasn't there in August 2017.Along with that, they provided an estimate for the extensive water damage due to these 2 issues.

Recently found a coin op washer and dryer listing which ended up coming from a tear down apartment building.  

@Brian Johnson I have never been a super handy guy either but I have found that YouTube has videos on pretty much everything. 

It doesn't always work out that way.... for example, I'm a really good landlord (as I've found out just this year) but the thought of being a landlord makes me want to run straight into a concrete wall.

What has everyone found to be the best areas (or up and coming areas) to purchase a multi-unit?
