Trying to determine my next move!

I was in a position where I needed to lever it somehow while I was still an owner occupant (I since have moved out of that building and rent it out as a rental), and ended up taking a heloc.

Let them leave smoothly and get it rented again and move on

They are much more challenging to get once I move out.  

I am following since there is a possibility I might consider a move to Katy, Texas and that is close to Houston.

However, 2 years ago they moved back to our original country and left me and another family member the house to pay rent.

I've invested in Indianapolis metro area - SFH#1 is in a nice suburb with great schools and SFH#2 is in a Class C moving up to B area It's got a diverse job market.
