I’m in sales and I’m not saying I can’t speak in front of people it’s just the thing that can help me out the most that I enjoy the least so I’m a big Gary V fan so I know there’s some amazing real estate investor on BP right now that loves to get in front of people and talk and wants to double down on their strength. 

Plus it is a fan, it shouldn't be more than $100-$200 even if you had to replace the entire thing.

It came to my attention my girl friends sister in law has been a BP podcast fan for quite some time. 

PM me and I can tell you more but I was not a fan and felt I was being upsold the entire way instead of being provided value. 

I'm a Dave Ramsey fan myself so I know that's what he'd recommend too.
