How have you gone about this process for markets outside of your own?

Our local organizations do a lot - we have representatives meeting with council members, a professional PR firm to help change the narrative on STR's here on the islands, and we're working towards increasing our own lobbying power.

There are so many boutique level asset niches you could get into, and that in of itself with likely send you to specific meetups and events to kickstart things. 

We’ve always had the intention of cash out refinancing into another property once the time was right.

I first got into construction to save money on labor when I built my first ADU as an owner builder.

I have considered doing this, but time constraints.  

Was also looking into Regus but it was more expensive. 

I know this can be expensive.
