I am a proud newbie haling from Seattle, Washington.I was introduced to BP when I signed up for the "Ultimate Beginners Guide, etc" publication.

Feel compelled to introduce myself as an investor on some recent wholesale deals, but still humbled by what the definition actually means...

Hi BP,I guess this is a few weeks in but figured I'd open up and introduce myself in the BP forums as I just jumped in, got active in the threads, but never formally introduce myself.

I was introduced over the weekend to a property that is in a desirable area going to auction in now 4 days.  

I was introduced to a family , where the Father passed away.The Mother is not around and there are the children still living in the house.
