I bought my first rental house in 1992 and it was so easy to rent that all I had to do was put a ad in the paper with a open house time and I would have twenty people come to the house.

"I don't have the time to do all that" is all I hear.

A borrower cannot be forced to sell the home to pay off the mortgage, even if the mortgage balance grows to exceed the value of the property.

All in all, I think we will benefit from it in the end.
