My tax preparer recently mentioned the possibility of taking out a loan from my 403(b).

Think of taking advantage of a killer black Friday sale and buying everything that is 80% off, but you a) can't afford it and b) don't need it.

With minimal default rates, steady occupancy, and rent rate percentages, multifamily (especially in the Class B and C space) has been a secure investment.

It can b good or bad depending on the tenant. if they are messy and purposely try to make it difficult to show so they don't have to move, it can be a pain.

If you are buying in A to B areas with strong values, your potential renter or buyer is probably a professional who is going to keep their job, maybe not as big of a raise or bonus, but generally still secure. 

They said they would be issuing class B misdemeanors for every night they found guests in a property and claimed they would go door to door knocking and checking.

Both units are occupied but the tenants in Unit B are in process of eviction from the current owner, and that’s the side we’d be moving into to.

One tenant (We'll say tenant B) is month-to-month... we want to keep him and his 2 teenagers.
