@Sezuo Daudu like most investors on (and off) this website, and especially in Chicago...anything outside of “A” And “B to B Minus” areas just literally don’t exist to them.With $150k in funds you can almost two buildings if you play your cards right.

I let them hold onto all of there personal info until they meet me and the apartment they want.Cozy is a very legit and great company- but to the unknowing, they may have very real concerns about putting their personal info into a website they are unfamiliar with.Also- why don't you just set up a laptop at the showing for those that need assistance?

Great idea - the other thing i would suggest considering is getting your real estate license and either listing them or referring them.

I have looked on Costar for individuals who have done 1031 Exchanges, peeped at alternative websites who act as either a brokerage or glorified listing service, called into my local networks, sifted through hedge fund managers, etc.  

There's many independent banks and credit unions in my area who no longer even write mortgages, they just refer their clients to big banks.

What are the main websites to use for land listings in FL besides MLS and Zillow?

Home insurance is a function of coverage amount, not home price, so what service/calculator/website do you guys use to quickly estimate this number?
