There are a number of different ways to get involved in real estate that may appeal to you that you may never have even considered!

On the other hand, having a tight nit, vested group of professionals at your finger tips is very appealing.

At this time the BRRR method looks most appealing to me but I'd like to educate myself more before diving in as well as save for a down payment.

I may appeal to them more since I'm an investor myself!

The "value" itself is intrinsic, but you add real value by being able to appeal to a larger audience of buyers... that alone can be accomplished with the lease option method.

Curb appeal, clean interiors  without carpet stains cracked tile , shaky toilets etc It does not take a lot of money to present a clean ready to rent product .Check on your competition to guide you
