I am a new user from Huntington, NY. 

We are in our 30's but would like to use real estate investing to start planning for our retirement, adopt more children and pay for our children's education. 

I've been browsing BP a bit and it's already apparent that I can learn a lot from the more experienced users here regarding flips, rentals, etc.

You could also try to find a position with an 'end user' company in their development management division.

I can't really find any reviews on them anywhere except a couple of users on here have brought it up in other discussions. 

You could build one yourself on a PC in your home office with many user-friendly programs at home, even using Excel if you don't want a terribly complicated relational database.

Airbnb seems to be growing quite a bit, so are the number of complaints going to keep up with increasing number of users?

I was curious if there was any Podio users out there to maybe pick their brains or get some help on getting setup correctly on that platform and maybe transition over. 

IM speaking for SJREIA on Jan 7th, too about buy and hold and how I use real estate as the centerpiece for my retirement, so I can retire with over a million dollars in my retirement account.

Particularly as a cash flow play on a rental unit...but it might never command full market value.
