I have a lead that just contacted me they are in the pre forclosure stage the property is located in a very nice subdivision in Grand Prairie TX I'm planning on walking thru the property  some time tomorrow evening.

I will call tomorrow to confirm but as far as I know the sale is still on.The only thing I can think of is that the owner of the house is just collecting rent on the place and the people actually living there have no idea what's going on.

Im going to look at  a house tomorrow and I will be trying to get seller financing so I can put it on the mls in as-is condition.

I'm looking at HUD home tomorrow, pre-bid.In what I assume was an attempt to filter me as a serious buyer the realtor informed me that he has seen cracks in the drywall, bricks, and tile work in the house.  

I want to make £1 Million sterling in the next five years, through real estate, I have no idea what I am doing, as of 13:22, 05/11/2014, but by tomorrow I would have a bit more knowledge, and the next day more, eventually I will have enough in my head to then get started!
