It's good to celebrate success and great tip on Craigslist kitchen shopping.

When the time came to actually put in the app with the lender though they said it was 70% LTV on the appraised value up to the price that we paid for the property. 

But as it is coming in 3rds I don't want to end up screwed if 1 decides not to pay.I am looking into a few of the apps such as Cozy.co to switch them to that for payment.Thank you for the response.

Hey Guys,Does anyone know of, use or can recommend an app for the iPad that can create a 2-D floor plan of a house or apartment but also includes professional notations for where the light switches, outlets and other mechanicals of the house are located or relocated.  

All else being equal, proximity to a future light rail stop would probably tip the scales.Keep up the good work.

Search around BP for more tips on creative financing; I'm thinking a sub2/ lease option combo would work here.
