Hello @Joe Kemnitz,What are you target areas?  

I found Bigger Pockets 2 years ago but im shy and it took me a while to get engaged and realize that were all just students of the game of real estate and some are farther along their journey than others and that is no excuse for me NOT to network and get to know many of you on here and tap into everyone's experience and knowledge and resources to build up my rental portfolio and to help others along the way as my knowledge and experience grows over time. 

I can't seem to find any resources that help me understand whether the HOA steps into position after the primary mortgage or whether the super lien (6 months of assessments ahead of all other mortgages) will only get the HOA their 6 months of assessments and then the primary mortgage and HELOC will get everything else. 

My goal was and is, to help other investors make sound investment decisions based on their goals while providing information, tools, resources and advice from someone who does it daily and has experience in all areas of real estate investing.

Unfortunately, I don't have many resources on the buyer side.
