I've seen this bite numerous individuals that are new to new construction multi-family.  

If you could focus on a couple of markets and buy a few properties in them, that would be much more efficient that buying single properties in numerous markets.

I have a fairly low earning hourly wage W-2 job but it does support mortgages that have units with leases in place which my bank counts towards my income.
