Building our First Apartment Complex

Hi All, 

We are branching into commercial real estate from flipping residential properties. Looking for some advice into building our first 6-15 unit apartment complex in Houston, Texas and confused as to where to start. We already have financing, and have purchased the 50 x 200 ft sized lot. There are comps near by that have floor plans similar to the one we would like to do.
