We're also getting it from the south as people are being priced out of Logan Square and moving further up the blue line.  

BART is convenient though and there will soon be a ferry terminal at the end of Harbour Way South by the old Ford Plant with free parking.

A developer would like to build 6 homes on property parcels within Bothell city limits in south Snohomish.

If he heads further south Grand Rapids was perfect a couple years ago,(undervalued) investors have caught on and moved in but there are tons of good deals still.

I am about to be a new Agent and I'm looking for suggestions on a great company to hang my license with in the south Houston to Bay Area region.

@Brian Burke I suspect deal flow in Sonoma county to be next to nothing... same time effort and money put into just being a RE broker would make far more money than wholesaling is my thought.Aaron  you may want to wonder south and east a little over towards Solano county much better odds there lots of military and monitories  and those tend to be the transient folks.
