This way you can see where the investors are buying and focus your efforts there.There is also paid software that can pull these records for you too. 

Hello I am a new investor looking to purchase some properties,  I am currently looking to find out what is a very robust software to manage investments, flips, rentals , list of prospects etc.... any help would be greatly apreciated.

Apparently there's some software platform involved that's supposed to automate this.

One other thought I forgot to mention for you specifically would be to make sure they are using cloud/web based property management software.

I am in need of a software that I can use to manage my bank accounts, all my rental properties and transactions.
