Reality has the morals of a junk yard dog..You are starting a business you have made no effort to learn in advance.

Most the time, on any single-level multifamily where the tenant has there own yard space, the tenant is in charge of the lawn upkeep.

I walk the floorplan and look for bedroom size, kitchen size, bath size and count, yard, open concept, etc.Then I look for the bubble (my husband says I need a new word for it because "bubble" and RE don't make good bedmates.) lol  But what I mean by bubble is...what is within a 1 mile radius of the property that will be your Tenant's life? 

If I had to replace toilets in my apartment building I would go to the junk yard and get the old style. 

Comparing the two, center/east is characterized by homes in disrepair, overgrown yards, etc.If I were to drop you blindfolded into 02301 and tell you that you were in Canton, you would be impressed at how nice Canton is.I feel your pain regarding the Braintree split. 

I would also like to volunteer my time to help fellow Houston local BPer’s on weekends to; paint your house, paint your cabinets, mow your yard, helping with landscaping, pressure wash your driveway, stage your home, etc…two free helping hands is all yours.

So basically flipping our own home and renting it out so we can invest the funds on a new primary residence/etc.We've already put in some major upgrades this year (high efficiency heating systems, new windows, quartz countertops) which we really hope we will be able to salvage now that we are considering gutting the place entirely.Now our focus is finding the right contractor to guide us through the renovation with a great plan and reasonable price range. 

Minneapolis Ordinance requires that property owners clear sidewalks after the end of a snowfall within 24 hours for single family homes and duplexesFour daytime hours for apartments, commercial buildings and all other properties (daytime hours begin at 8 am)When you shovel snow and clear ice Shovel the sidewalks on all sides of your property, the full width of the sidewalk down to the bare pavement.Remove all ice from sidewalks.Pile snow into your yard and boulevard.
